Shipping and Returns

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping estimates will be included with every invoice.

We use parcel services wherever possible, but will ship via white-glove freight when the dimensions, weight, or other aspects of the piece require it.

Returns

All made-to-order products are final sale.

We accept returns on in-stock products requested within ten days of delivery, less a 20% restocking fee and any shipping charges. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Products must be returned in their original condition, and include all parts and accessories. Marx Et Al reserves the right to deny returns if this requirement is not met. Email info@marxetal.com to request a return.
